Return and Refund Policy
Introduction
We at Nutrisyz Pte Ltd are committed to providing our customers with the best quality products. However, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or have issues with the product you received. In such cases, we are ready to assist you with a return or refund under the following conditions.
Conditions for Returns
(a) You can return an item within 14 days of receipt.
(b) The products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition.
(c) Consumed or half-consumed products are not eligible for return or refund unless there are quality issues.
(d) All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service team. To initiate a return, please contact us .
Conditions for Refunds
(a) Once we receive your returned items and they meet our return conditions, we will initiate a refund.
(b) Refunds are made to the original method of payment and may take up to 14 working days to appear in your account.
(c) Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (for instance, if we shipped the wrong item).
Exchange Policy
At Nutrisyz Pte Ltd, we may allow for an exchange of products on a case-by-case basis. Kindly contact our Customer Service team, who will guide you on how to proceed with making the exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of any delivery and/or collection services that may be incurred in the process of completing the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for the collection of the item and inspect it. If the item is found to be defective, you will either receive a replacement or a refund.
For orders outside Singapore:
(a) Please bear in mind that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return of products.
(b) Items should be unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a printed copy of the sales invoice.
(c) Upon approval of the return and refund, the refunded amount will be credited back to your Point Wallet.
(d) Exchanges are only allowed for wrong or defective items received, and must be reported within 10 days of receipt of your order.
(e) Please note that orders from members and brand partners are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Customs on Overseas Purchases:
For overseas purchases, you are expected to comply with all laws and regulations of the country to which you will be receiving the goods. It is your responsibility when placing an order to ensure that the item can be lawfully imported. You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by you; we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
